1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website of Evans Mechanical LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Evans Mechanical LLC provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance; refrigeration services; and appliance repair throughout Tulsa and surrounding Oklahoma communities. All service work is performed under Oklahoma Mechanical License #087790. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for each job are provided in writing before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on information available at time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee. Emergency service availability is subject to technician availability and may carry additional charges.

5. Warranties

Labor warranties are provided on a per-job basis and will be specified in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evans Mechanical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
